There are other companies that will prepare your claims for Scientific Research and Experimental Development, OR they provide financing for SR&ED, IDMTC, and other government claims, OR they help with grant preparation, OR contract negotiation, OR patent filing, OR non-dilutive financing, OR… well, you get the idea.
As part of our diligence process, Shred Capital does ALL of the above… but, unlike other companies, we are not geared to monetize these activities.
Our goal is to lead, seed or syndicate your round… and these activities not only help us qualify your startup for investment, they also help make you much more investable.
